世界的には “Winter Ski Destination” として知られるKiroro。この作品では、あえて “Summer Tennis Destination” と断言。雪のイメージが強い場所だからこそ、夏の涼しい気候、澄んだ空気、雄大な自然の中でプレーするテニスの魅力とのギャップが際立つ。山、空、風、長い日照時間―― 都市では味わえない感覚の中で、新しいテニス体験が生まれていく。
このデザインには、“まだ世界に知られていないテニスの場所を創りたい” という play tennis!™ の想いを込めました。
裏面には、play tennis!™ の世界観を象徴するボールドなグラフィックロゴを配置。テニスコート、山、波、太陽、椰子の木をシンボル化し、自然、旅、スポーツ、リゾートカルチャーが交差するブランドのアイデンティティを表現しています。
袖には、1980年代のマイアミを思わせる “play tennis!™ International” グラフィックを採用。さらに、Frederic Dewitte（佐藤夏大樹）が2011年にカリフォルニアで初めてテニスアカデミーを立ち上げた際に実際に使用していたフォントを落とし込み、ブランドの原点となる空気感や記憶をデザインへと繋げています。
過去と未来、旅とスポーツ、自然とカルチャーが交差する、play tennis!™ を象徴するアートピースです。

A T-shirt made with cotton-thread construction, offering a soft texture and natural feel. This piece is centered around introducing Kiroro, Hokkaido as a place not yet widely recognized for tennis.
Known globally as a “Winter Ski Destination,” this design boldly redefines Kiroro as a “Summer Tennis Destination.” Because the region is so strongly associated with snow, the contrast becomes even more powerful — cool summer temperatures, clean mountain air, and tennis surrounded by vast natural landscapes. Mountains, open skies, wind, and long daylight hours create a completely different rhythm and feeling for the game.
This piece reflects the play tennis!™ vision of creating and sharing new tennis destinations the world has yet to discover.
The back features a bold symbolic logo representing the world of play tennis!™. Inspired by the shapes of a tennis court, mountains, waves, the sun, and palm trees, the graphic captures the fusion of nature, travel, sport, and resort culture.
On the sleeve, the “play tennis!™ International” graphic channels the vibrant atmosphere of 1980s Miami. It also incorporates the original font used by Frederic Dewitte (Naoki Sato) when launching his first tennis academy in California in 2011, connecting the design to the roots and memories behind the brand.
